The first library in Italy planned taking into consideration the preliminary geobiology researches, as well as the application of the ancient Chinese schools of architectural composition collected under the Feng Shui (wind and water). Hotel Kristal a Zanè (Vicenza - 2008) Hotel Kristal, has been realized following the philosophy of Feng Shui (wind and water).

It follows that the structure of the Hotel Kristal is represented by the environments that have a different taste, where each person feels instinctively and immediately at ease, feeling that space as his own and suitable for itself.

Included among five plans regarding new buildings in Vicenza county (second highest score reached), which first have taken advantage of the loans for sustainable buildings in compliance with the Regional Law n° 4/2007; the application for the first notice of competition which took place as at October 16, 2007 succeded in achieving the highest distributable loan, equal to 15.000 € for each unit (60.000 € totally).
